Description Summary of Main Production Sections:
For STRETCHING production of steel pipes (seamless):
1 stretching bench for steel pipes diam 14 to 100 mm
(1 pipe by 1 pipe Stretching)
1 stretching bench for steel pipe diam 6 to 60 mm
(3 pipes at the same time)
1 stretching bench for steel pipe diam 14 to 100 mm
(1 pipe by 1 pipe)
For production of rounded/welded pipes :
4 rolling/welding lines for steel pipes to produce:
round pipes diam 16 to 40 mm
square 16 to 30 mm
rectangle 30 x 20 to 40 x 27
oviform 16 x 32 and 18 x 36
The 4 lines for rounded/welded pipes are approx : 40 mm x 3 mm wall thickness each
The first stretching bank for cold formed pipes is approx 45 mm x 2 mm wall thickness
The second is approx 16 mm x 2 mm
The third is approx 25 mm x 2 mm
1 annealing gas furnace for bars
1 tools lot for forming and
1 tools lot for stretching
