Based on the mix ratio detailed above, the average quantity per container would be in the region of:
20 foot = 600 - 700
40 foot = 1,200 - 1,300
40 foot (HC) = 1,500 - 1,700
Our experience confirms that the most cost-effective way to ship the tires are usually in a 40-foot container.
- 20 foot containers although 50% of the size of a 40 foot, usually cost about 70-75% of the cost.
- 40 foot High Cubes (when available) are usually about 10% more expensive but we can usually pack approximately 20 - 25% more tires, making this the cheapest alternative based on a shipping cost per tire.
Payment terms:
By bank transfer in US funds on the following basis:
50% deposit with order
50% upon notification of completion and readiness to dispatch.
Processing time:
From receipt of order and deposit to dispatch of goods - usually a maximum 30 working days.
(We will confirm this in writing once we receive deposit).
GRADE A Tread depth 3mm+ across the profile of the tire
Each tire has been individually inspected to ensure the following defects have been assessed:
-All tires pressure tested to British Standards
-That tires are free from cracking and perishing
-Inner liner separation is satisfactory
-No sidewall and tread separation is apparent
-Tread depth of tires supplied is 3mm+ (MOSTLY 4mm)
-Price (Ex works) $8.00 US per tire
GRADE B -Tread depth 2-3mm + across the profile of the tire
-Each tire has been individually inspected to ensure the following defects have been assessed:
-That tires are free from cracking and perishing
-Inner liner separation is satisfactory
-No sidewall separation is apparent
-No tread separation is apparent
-Tread depth of tires supplied have a tread depth of 2-3mm
-Price (Ex works) $6.50 US per tire
GRADE C -Tread depth 1-3mm + across the profile of the tire
-Each tire has been individually inspected to ensure the following defects have been assessed:
-That tires are free from cracking and perishing
-Inner liner separation is satisfactory
-No sidewall separation is apparent
-No tread separation is apparent
-Tread depth of tires supplied have a tread depth of 1- 3mm
